29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1):     No employer shall permit an employee to work in such proximity to any part of an electric power circuit that the employee could contact the electric power circuit in the course of work, unless the employee is protected against electric shock by deenergizing the circuit and grounding it or by guarding it effectively by insulation or other means.    (a) Location - 40 Hazel Street, Salem, Ma:  On or about 4/3/2012, employees stripping a roof were not protected from shock and burns while working in close proximity to an energized electrical power source.

(a) Location - 40 Hazel Street, Salem, Ma:  On or about 4/3/2012, employees working on a roof that was greater than six feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to the ground below.

Effective January 1, 1998, body belts are not acceptable as part of a personal fall arrest system.
