29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, or enclosures was not permanent and continuous: (a) Amanda Stout Elementary School - The employer did not protected employees from electric shock by ensuring a continuous path to ground for the Hougen HMD904 magnetic drill press, on or about April 13, 2012. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
