29 CFR 1926.760(a)(2): Perimeter safety cables were not installed on final interior and exterior perimeters on the floors as soon as the metal decking was installed. a) Construction site, second floor, vicinity of Columns 6.8 and 8.0 - On or about October 27, 2014, safety cables including a mid-rail, were not erected around the entire perimeter, while employees engaged in steel erection activities defined in 1926.750(b)(1) were more than 15 feet above grade.
