29 CFR 1910.179(h)(4): Hooks did not meet the manufacturer's recommendations: a) Canam Steel Corp. South Plainfield NJ - Shipping & Receiving: Hooks located on overhead cranes were not provided saftey latches as per manufacturer's recommendation to prevent the load from slipping off of the hook assembly. Condition noted on or about 4/18/2012.
