29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: (a) CTP Room: Two metal electrical outlet boxes were not set in a fixed location; one was being used as to power a Dell computer and an APC 350 backup battery. The boxes were not installed and used in accordance with National Electric Code (NEC) 336, in that they were not protected from damage and not supported as required, as observed on or about 06/26/2012. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
