29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(ii)(C): Powered industrial truck operators did not receive initial training on load manipulation, stacking, and unstacking (a) Babbidge Farm Area: Employees operate powered industrial trucks such as a JLG Skytrack, Model 8042, rough terrain fork truck, to move metal piping from the production facility to the Babbidge Pipe Farm. The employer did not ensure that the powered industrial truck operators received training on load manipulation in that two guide men were not utilized when moving suspended loads and that the fork truck was operated when the employee was in the path of travel, as determined on or about 04/26/2012. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
