29 CFR 1910.151(c):  Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use [ANSIZ358.1-2004]:     On or about 04/19/12, at The Westin Resort & Villas, St. John, VI. An emergency eye wash was not provided in the immediate area when employees used and/or handled corrosive products as follows:     a. At the Beach Cafe kitchen area. Employees used and/or handled Ecolab products such as Oasis 146 Multi-Quat Sanitizer (Dicapryl/Dimonium Chloride) and Solid Power (sodium hydroxide) during dishwashing operations.      b. At the Snorkles kitchen area. Employees used and/or handled Ecolab products such as Lime-a-way (phosphoric acid) during dishwashing operations.     c. At the Bamboulas (employees cafeteria) kitchen area. Employees used and/or handled Ecolab products such as Eco-San (sodium hypochlorite) and Oasis 146 Multi-Quat Sanitizer (Dicapryl/Dimonium Chloride) during dishwashing operations.    d. At the Cruz Bay Prime (fine dining) kitchen area. Employees used and/or handled Ecolab products such as Solid Power (sodium hydroxide) during dishwashing operations.     NOTE 1: The Westin Resort & Villas was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 306192493, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1, Issued on 01/29/2008, with respect to a workplace located at 300-A Chocolate Hole, St. John, VI.    NOTE 2: Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item since it was submitted prior to citation issuance.
