29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: (a) Jobsite: Duquesne University, Des Places, 1330 Locust Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15282; On or before May 1, 2012, the employer did not provide strain relief to an electrical device that provided 120 Volts AC to a water pump on a MK 14 inch masonry saw in that the insulated individual conductors were unsecured and exposed.
