29 CFR 1915.12(f): Each employer whose employees work in confined and enclosed spaces or other dangerous atmospheres did not ensure all available information on the hazards, safety rules, and emergency procedures concerning those spaces and atmospheres were exchanged with any other employer whose employees may enter the same spaces. In the water maker room on the vessel Noble Sam Noble, located on the floating dry dock of Keppel AmFELS, LLC, contract employees were working on the twenty-six bottle carbon dioxide fire suppression system. The employer failed to notify all employees working in adjacent rooms or areas of potential hazards including but not limited to release of carbon dioxide, oxygen deficient atmosphere and asphyxiation.
