29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) Located along various areas of the residential roof deck or scond floor there were employees engaged in unprotected roof sheeting and stud wall erection in elevated positions above 20' without conventional fall protection or following a fall protection plan who were not trained or knowledgeable of the procedures or regulationsto be followed to minimize those hazards.
