29 CFR 1910.107(b)(9):     A clear space of not less than 3 feet on all sides was not kept free from storage or combustible construction:    (a) Finishing Department, Booth #1; A larger scrap lumber was stored between the booth and the wall, approximately 2 foot 1.5 inches from the booth exterior. A small pile of scrap wood was immediately adjacent to the south booth wall exterior.    (b) Finishing Department, North side of Booth #2; A red tool box and a rolling color cart/touch-up cart were stored against the booth's exterior wall.    Abated during inspection. Abatement certification for this violation is not required.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(ii):     The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the appropriate hazard warnings:    (a) Location such as but not limited to the North wall of the Custom Department: Secondary bottles such as but not limited to, Barsol Laquer thinner, Naptha and Denatured Alcohol, were not labeld with hazards of the bottle contents.     Abatement certification is required for this item - use the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET for this purpose.
