29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the appropriate hazard warnings: a) on or about May 3, 2012, and times prior thereto, Mud pits, mud mixing area: contactor employees engaged in the drilling of an oil/gas well; mixed drilling mud which included materials as Barite.The Barite container was not marked as to its hazards.
