An audiometric testing program was not established. The exposure was obtained for a period of 473 minutes, on or about 4/30/12.    b) USA Production Parts, Inc. - An employee operating the Raping Strap Press was exposed to noise levels of 88.5 dBA, exceeding the action level of 85 dBA. An audiometric testing program was not established. The exposure was obtained for a period of 473 minutes, on or about 4/30/12.    c) USA Production Parts, Inc. - An employee operating the Punch Press LP Georgetown was exposed to noise levels of 87.7 dBA, exceeding the action level of 85 dBA. An audiometric testing program was not established. The exposure was obtained for a period of 473 minutes, on or about 4/30/12.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
