29 CFR 1910.37(b)(7): Each exit sign did not have the word "Exit" in plainly legible letters as required. On or about May 15, 2024, the south emergency exit light did not have "EXIT" legible while employees were working at their stations throughout the warehouse.

29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed. Live electrical parts were exposed due to a missing knockout approximately one inch in diameter. Employees were exposed to live parts in the warehouse area. On or about May 14, 2024, on the north wall of the warehouse, employees utilized panels with missing knockouts while shutting off power to a metal stamping machine in the following instances. a) 480 Volt Circuit Breaker Box b) Cutler Hammer Heavy Duty Safety Switch
