29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (Construction Reference: 1926.59)    a) DM Masonry, 1205 Peach Street, Erie, PA- employees work with and around various types of hazardous chemicals and substances including, but not limited to, Silica and Portland Cement. The company had not developed and implemented a written hazard communication program. The employer was unable to provide such document upon request.

The company failed to obtain and maintain material safety data sheets for hazadous chemicals in the workplace. Material Safety Data Sheets for Brixment Masonry Cement and Modular ASTM C652 General Shale were not provided upon request.
