JC CONSTRUCTION WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 314232984, CITATION 1, ITEM 1c AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JUNE 15, 2011 WITH RESPECT TO THE WORKSITE LOCATED AT 1136 S. 23RD ST, PHILADELPHIA, PA
