29 CFR 1910.243(b)(2): Airhose and hose connections used for conducting compressed air to utilization equipment was not designed for the pressure and service to which they were subjected. a) On or about May 7, 2012 and times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure the clamps on compressed air hoses operating at approximately 110 psig were designed for use on air hoses exposing employees to a struck-by hazard.
