29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):     The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:    a)  The company had not written, implemented or maintained a hazard communication program to describe how the elements of labeling, material safety data sheets or training will be implemented to inform employees assigned to tasks hazards of the chemicals being used.  Chemicals being used at the main company location include but are not limited to hand sanitizers, toilet bowl cleaner, soaps and general office products like copy toner.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1):     Employers did not provide employees with effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment, and whenever a new physical or health hazard the employees had not previously been trained about was introduced into their work area and chemical-specific information was not always available through labels and material safety data sheets    a)  The company had not provided employees, assigned to Elgin Molded Plastic Company 10155 S. 57th Street Franklin, Wisconsin 53132, information and training on the hazards and use of chemicals used at the facility.  Chemicals used include but are not limited to plastic resins, "Momentive" primer solution, "GOJO" hand cleaner, and LPG gas.
