29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) At 197 Greenacre St., Longmeadow, MA 01106: On or about March 28, 2012, employees were observed siding the rear shed dormer of this residence from the roof surface without the fall protection required by this subpart: Steve Marini was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Health and Safety standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315517441 which became a final order on April 5, 2012 with respect to a violation at a jobsite at 52 Downey St Chicopee,MA.
