29 CFR 1926.503(b)(1): The employer did not verify compliance with paragraph (a) of this section by preparing a written certification record of employee training on fall hazards and procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards: (a) Jobsite at 416 Tiffany St., Springfield, MA: On or about August 28, 2012, the employer could not produce a written certification of training for his employees that indicated they had been trained on working safely on roofs as required by this subpart.
