29 CFR 1910.151(c):     Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:     James Abbott, Inc: Employees, (Platers) while plating metal materials and maintaining the plating tanks, were exposed to corrosive materials such as, but not limited to, , CuChem ACD 725 Brightener containing sulfuric acid and Cuprostar 1541 Maintenance containing sulfuric acid. The employer did not ensure that an eyewash capable of providing 15 minutes of continuous hands free flush was present in the employees work areas, on or about May 2, 2012.
