29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and cables were used for purposes prohibitied by subparagraphs (a) through (f) of this paragraph in the following location, fllexible cord was used in lieu of permanent wiring: a. Bldg. B759, Warehouse - On or about 5/8/12 and at times prior thereto, a refrigerator near the breakroom was energized through an orange extension cord instead of an appropriate wall outlet.
