29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1):     Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries:    (a)  Bldg. B759, Fire Cache - Noted on or about 5/8/12, wall mounted fire extinguishers were blocked preventing safe and unobstructed access.  Employees are expected to use the fire extinguishers in the event of a fire.    Locations Noted:        1.  Fire extingusiher near the bay door.     2.  Fire extinguisher on the side wall adjacent to the bay door
