The employees were removing debris from the platform left over from the block wall installation on a three tiered scaffold which was about 21 feet from the ground. 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: Site: The employees were removing accumulated debris generated during the installation of a block wall and they were working from a 3 tiered scaffold without the proper PPE such as fall arrest harness or guard rails. L&S Masonry Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1) in OSHA inspection number 315737056, citation 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order of May 21, 2012 with respect to a work place located at 1476 Turner McCall Blvd. Rome, GA at Kroger annex, west side of building. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
