BULMARO VEGA DBA VEGA CONSTRUCTION WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 311942932, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 4A AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JUNE 11, 2008, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 4363 N. LINCOLN AVENUE, CHICAGO, IL 60618.    Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
