29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use in the following instances: a. The employer failed to develop and implement provisions for respirator selection. b. The employer failed to develop and implement provisions for medical evaluations. c. The employer failed to develop and implement provisions for fit testing. d. The employer failed to develop and implement provisions for cleaning, storing, and disinfecting. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
