29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i):     Guardrail systems shall be installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. Guardrail systems shall be installed before the scaffold is released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews.    a) Cactus Car Wash - Fall Hazard/Trauma to the body and head, broken bones or multiple fractures.  Employees were working on a scaffold system two bucks high and approximately 12 feet without fall protection such as but not limited to a guardrail system installed along all open sides and ends of the platforms.  Employees were exposed to a fall hazard.    AMBROSIO JUAREZ MASONRY WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 314207952, CITATION NUMBER 001, ITEM NUMBER 004, ISSUED ON APRIL 7, 2011, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 2068 SKYBROOKE COURT, BRASELTON, GEORGIA 30517.
