29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employers shall develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h): a) Odyssey Machine Company located on 436 Enterprise Street in Bowling Green, OH: On or about May18, 2012, the employer did not develop and implement a written hazard communication program that addressed use of hazardous chemical such as, but not limited to, hydraulic and cutting oil used in machining processes. Eye, nose, and throat irritation are a few of the health effects that are associated with overexposure to these chemicals.
