Perrysburg OH 43551 were exposed to struck by hazards in that the employer did not ensure employees were protected from head injuries while working at the spring stretching station.  Employees were exposed to being struck-by falling springs which become displaced from the upper support.     Odyssey Machine Company, LTD was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1910.135(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1549499, citation number one, item number one and was affirmed as a final order on February 8, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 26675 Eckel Rd. Perrysburg OH 43551 .

Pinch points created between the stationary holding bars located at the sides of the frame and the moving lower crossbar were not guarded.
