29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the appropriate hazard warnings: (a) In the warehouse, the 3 liquid tanks containing chemicals are not labeled. Employees drive and walk by these tanks on a daily basis. (b) In the warehouse, the 8 batch containers on the table next to the automation system are not labeled. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION AND ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED.
