29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about May 18, 2012 the employer did not ensure each employee engaged in roofing activities was protected from falling. Employees were exposed to an unprotected fall of over 25 feet to the concrete below. Cleburne Sheet Metal was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA Inspection number 311953319, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on December 06, 2010 with a final abatement date of December 06, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 12350 Timberland Blvd in Fort Worth, Texas 76248.
