29 CFR 1910.212(a)(2): Guard(s) on machine(s) were not affixed to the machine or secured elsewhere when attachment to the machine was not possible: Location: Pie Manufacturing Area, 120 Washington St, Worcester, MA On 5/18/12 and at times prior, two instances of lack of secured machine guarding exposed employees to in running nip point hazards. a) The discharge guard on Pie Machine #3 was missing and had to be refabricated. b) Guards on the backsides of multiple pie making machines were hinged and easily lifted
