29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1):     Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:    In the production area of Sun Tech Industries, Inc.: Employees were exposed to the following electrical equipment that was not free of recognized hazards.    1. On the Pelletron located in the northwest corner of the facility: the employer had installed an electrical switch to power the unit on and off. The electrical box was not designed for this type of application.   2. On the Sonic Welder in the center of the facility: the employer had made a pigtail to adapt the electrical interlock type receptacle to a standard 110 volt household style receptacle.
