29 CFR 1926.704(a):  Precast concrete wall units, structural framing, and tilt-up wall panels where not adequately supported to prevent overturning and to prevent collapse until permanent connections were completed.    (a) SEMA Construction, 1950 Billings Street/I-225 construction, Denver, CO 80012;  On and before May 22, 2012, the exposing employer failed to adequately support pre-cast concerete panels being set by a crane and then secured by braces, wedges, and clamps, until permanent connections were completed.  Condition resulted in employes being exposed to struck by and caught between hazards and one employee being pinned by a section of wall while instalation was taking place.
