Town City Construction has been previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, or an equivalent Standard, which was contained in OSHA Inspection #312557887, Citation #1, Item #1, which was confirmed as a Final Order on 11/15/10, with respect to a workplace located at W6653 Rickey Lane, Greenville, WI 54942.
