The designated marked and identified emergency exit door located in the rear of the shipping and receiving area was blocked with large heavy equipment, cardboard boxes, stationary workstation and a metal roller conveyor. The items were stored directly in front and on the sides of the designated emergency door.  If in the event of an emergency employees would not be able to access the emergency exit door without jumping over the blocked items, on or about 5/23/2012.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
