29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system:    (a)  Delgado Roofing at 1122 Mariposa St, Denver, CO 80204:  On May 22, 2012 the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that three employees removing shingles and sheeting from a 6-in-12 pitch roof on a one-story residential home were not utilizing a fall protection system. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazards ranging from 13 feet to 11 feet.    Delgado Roofing was previously cited for a violation of the same or substantially similar condition of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 314659749, Citation 1, Item 2, issued on October 15, 2010, and became Final Order on November 9, 2010 with respect to a workplace located at 17502 Parkside Drive S, Commerce City, CO 80022.
