29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:     (a) On or about May 14, 2014, Delgado Roofing, did not ensure that its employees were protected from falls while working at heights greater than 6 feet. Employees of Delgado Roofing were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 12 feet while engaged in roofing activities on the roof of a residential building with no fall protection in place.    Delgado Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 441215, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 11, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 1122 Mariposa Street, Denver CO 80204.    Delgado Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314659749, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on November 9, 2010 with respect to a workplace located at 17502 Parkside Drive S, Commerce City, CO 80022.
