No. 10A-1970:        a) Jobsite, Wendover Middle School, 425 Wendover Junior High Drive, Greensburg, PA: on or before 5/23/2011, the employer had not periodically inspected an Amerex portable fire extinguisher, Model B441, located in Area B. The portable fire extinguisher was last inspected by ABCO Fire Protection in 11/2008.
