29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Flexible cords and cables used for temporary wiring were not protected from damage: (a) Jobsite, 2901 Brownlee Street, McKeesport, PA: On or about 04/23/13 the flexible cord being used to supply power to the Makita saw was not protected from damage. The flexible cord was strewn across the ground approximately 75 feet away and was subjected to damage by the lull that was traveling over it moving product back and forth.
