Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, shall be legibly marked to indicate its purpose, unless located and arranged so the purpose is evident. a) Receiving Department: The employer exposed employees to electrical shock hazards of 220 volts as a circuit breaker panel and an electrical disconnect which control the compactor machine were not marked to show what they controlled. b) Processing/Storage Department: The employer exposed employees to electrical shock hazards of 220 volts as a electrical disconnect which control the shear machine was not marked with voltage ratings or to show what it controlled.
