Conductors entering boxes, cabinets, or fittings shall be protected from abrasion, and openings through which conductors enter shall be effectively closed. Unused openings in cabinets, boxes, and fittings shall also be effectively closed.    a. In the engineer/superintendent/break area located on the north side of the building, there was an unused opening in the electrical panel box, thereby exposing employees to a contact hazard.
