29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms before being released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews: Employees working on the scaffold were exposed to injury from a fall hazard. Employees working from the outrigger platform were not protected from falling by an standard guardrail consisting of a top rail and midrail. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
