29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1):   All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition.  On or about April 20, 2012, the employer did not ensure the wood working area were kept clear of wood chips and dust for employees sanding and conducting other duties in the area. The accumlation of the wood chips and dust exposed the employees to slip and fall hazards while working.  Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that it is taking to ensure that the employees are provided with a sanitary and clean work environment.

Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that it is taking to ensure that each exit is kept clear of debris and other obstructing materials.

29 CFR 1910.134(c):   The employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program with required worksite-specific procedures and elements for required respirator use:  On or about April 20, 2012, the employer did not develop and implement a respiratory protection plan for the employees using 3M respirators while working in the spray finishing area, exposing the employees to the inhaltion hazards from the spray finishings used.  Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that it is taking to ensure that the respiratory protection pan is developed and implemented for the exposed employees.

Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that it is taking to ensure that the hazard communcation program in developed, implemented and maintain for employee safety when exposed to hazardous chemicals.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1):   Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:  On or about April 20, 2012, the breaker boxes/electrical panels in the sanding area were blocked with objects including used pieces of wood, not allowing employees access in cases of emergency, exposing the employees to electrical hazards.  Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that it is taking to ensure that the employees can access the panels in case of emergency.
