29 CFR 1926.404(b)(1)(i): Employer did not use either ground fault circuit interrupters as specified in paragraph (b)(1)(ii) of this section, or an assured equipment grounding conductor program as specified in paragraph (b)(1)(iii) of this section to protect employees on construction sites. a) Located along the interior hallway area of the residential structure there was a Makita 7 1/4" circular saw and DeWalt miter saw used observed powered and connected to electrical service by extension cords. The electrical service being used was not protected by a ground fault circuit interupter and no assured equipment grounding conductor program was in use.

29 CFR 1926.416(e)(1): Worn or frayed electric cords or cables were used: a) Located along an interior hallway area of the residential structure there was a Makita 7 1/4" circular saw and DeWalt miter saw used powered through two extension cords. The yellow extension cord was damaged through the primary and secondary insulated conductors exposing live energized uninsulated conductors.
