29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which is six feet or more above a lower level were not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: Instance a: On or about 05/29/12 CSHO observed a man working at the edge of a newly constructed concrete deck at the 14th. floor with no fall protection systems in place. Instance b: On or about 05/29/12 CSHO observed two men working at the edge of an unprotected wall opening at the 8th. floor with no fall protection systems in place. Industrial Concrete Construction of NJ, Inc. was previously cited for serious violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.0501(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 313992455, Citation # 1, Item # 1, issued on 07/19/2010 with respect to a work place located at 465 Washington Blvd., Jersey City, NJ 07310 and became a final order on 12/27/2010.
