29 CFR 1926.501(c): When employees were exposed to falling objects the employer did not require employees to wear hard hats and did not implement measures to prevent objects from falling from higher levels as set forth in (c)(1)-(3) of this section: a) 401 Washington Blvd. Jersey City, NJ The employer did not implement measures to prevent objects from falling to the ground surface while stepping down a tower crane. A bolt was dropped from approximately 200ft and struck a vehicle driving on Washington Blvd. Violation observed on or about 01/23/2015
