29 CFR 1910.179(n)(2)(ii): The load was not attached to the load block hook by means of slings or other approved devices: a. 1041 Area - On or about April 23, 2012, an employee using a 10 Ton overhead crane experienced a head injury while lifting a saddle clamp with an unapproved device. Employees were thereby exposed to hazards associated in lifting loads with unapproved devices.
