29 CFR 1910.252(c)(13): First-aid equipment. First-aid equipment shall be available at all times. All injuries shall be reported as soon as possible for medical attention. First aid shall be rendered until medical attention can be provided: There were no designated first-aid trained personnel at the facility to render first aid until medical attention could be provided for welding employees. Welding employees were exposed to burns and other hazards associated with welding.
