29 CFR 1910.24(h):   Standard railings were not provided on the open sides of all exposed stairways and stair platforms:      At the job site, 700 Rutledge, Yates Center, Kansas, the stairway leading to the outside unload platform was missing the midrails on both sides of the stairway.   Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet to the ground.

29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2):  Each exit was not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit":       At the job site, 700 Rutledge, Yates Center, Kansas, the following areas need to be marked as exit areas. Employees were exposed to hazards associated with emergency egress from the building.          (a) The North door in the Bulk Fertilizer Area needs to be marked with an exit sign.         (b) The East door in the Feedmill Warehouse Area needs to be marked with an exit sign.

29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2):  Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident:    At the job site, 700 Rutledge, Yates, Center, Kansas, employees were operating circuit breakers that were not legibly marked to indicate their purpose at the following locations.  Employees exposed to electric shock hazards.         (a) Circuit Breakers at Northeast corner Maintenance Shop not marked to indicate purpose.         (b) Circuit Breakers in Maintenance Shop on South level not marked to indicate purpose.          (c) Circuit Breakers at North exit door in the feed warehouse not fully marked to indicate purpose.         (d) Circuit Breakesr near Roy's Office was not marked to indicate purpose.

Employees exposed to hazards associated with fire emergencies.
